Our practice is founded on a quarter century of experience in Enterprise Information Technology management, software development, architecture and digital innovation.

We align our practice with the principles and ideas outlined in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) by Sclaed Agile, Inc. which is the most complete, flexible and adaptable implementation of Agile methods combined with the power of Lean Enterprise.

Alignment is the fundamental value that not only aligns all stakeholders on the vision, strategy, investment priorities and implementation portfolio, but also provides the opportunity to pivot and correct course at the right moment.

Quality cannot be added later. Leaving "quality assurance" for later will slow down the flow, increase batches of work and eventually lead to unsustainable and non-scalable systesm. Built-in Quality is supported through BDD, TDD, and Agile Testing.

Transparency is the cornerstone value for building Trust (in Leadership) and Commitment (by Teams to deliver). More "Politics" organization has, less Transparency exists, more failures occur, less value created. We address this in our Executive coaching.
